Terms of Service

Last updated: February 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dockfly (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dockfly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right (intellectual property, privacy, contract).
  • Send spam, phishing material, or other unsolicited communications.
  • Distribute malware, exploits, or otherwise compromise system integrity.
  • Interfere with the Service or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to access.
  • Resell the Service without our written permission.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run other workloads disproportionate to the resource limits of your plan.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to your code, data, and other content you upload to Dockfly ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to host, run, and serve Your Content on your behalf.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the free tier. Pro and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA (see your plan's details). Maintenance windows are announced in advance whenever possible.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in USD. Usage-based charges (bandwidth, additional resources) are billed at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for amounts due.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused service in the event of a billing error.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abuse, or fail to pay. Upon termination we will retain your data for 14 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. Intellectual property

The Dockfly Service, including all software, design, and documentation (other than Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. The open-source components of Dockfly are licensed separately under their own licenses.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the Service, or content you upload that violates third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
